Real Life Choices

In order to help individuals remain with their families, Delta now provides support through DDD’s Real Life Choices program for individuals with disabilities who have been waiting for community services. Family caregivers can purchase respite care, social and recreational opportunities, and home-based habilitation services from Delta.
