Community Living Supports

Delta offers several residential options for individuals, including supported living, supervised apartments, group homes, and other personalized supports. This array of support allows an individual to receive the amount and type of support that he or she desires and needs. For people who prefer to live with others, we offer a limited number of group home arrangements. In order to provide the best services for the greatest impact to the people we support, we have made a commitment to focus our efforts on supporting individuals in personalized living arrangements.

Individuals supported in community living arrangements live in apartments and homes situated in Somerset, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Bergen, Camden, Cumberland, Atlantic, Union, Essex, Passaic and Morris counties. Our direct care professionals strive to meet each individual’s needs and preferences by building supports around each person. Delta supports more than 150 individuals living in their own communities, rejoicing with them as they realize their goals and forge new relationships.

We succeed because of the personal relationships we build with the people we support. With real relationships comes the respect and dignity a person needs and deserves to lead a positive life.
