7. Perform routine building preventive maintenance functions to include the changing of filters, oiling of motors, replacement of electrical fixtures, inspecting/adjusting of belts, replacement of motors and fan units, and the maintenance of the preventive maintenance performance log.
8. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to building equipment failures.
9. Act as liaison between fire and Township officials.
10. Provide on call service for the maintenance of company properties and equipment.
11. Respond quickly to emergency situations (fire, evacuations, equipment failure, etc) and staff and consumer concerns.
12. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, government agency, and company directives as directed as it relates to building operations.
13. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of company vehicles.
